Jon is a Molecular Biologist with emphasis on molecutlar determinants of meat quality. Jon has been involved in investigating bioactivity of n-3 fatty acids, and PUFA biohydrogenation products. This incudes both in vivo swine studies, and in vitro adipocytes studies. Email: jon.meadus@agr.gc.ca
